I hope you enjoy your wall art. If for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 7 days of receiving it, but only for an exchange or store credit.

To qualify for an exchange or credit, the item must be in pristine, unused condition and include a copy of your receipt. Regrettably, shipping costs cannot be refunded, and all sales are ultimately non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that commission artworks are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact me at mvignearts@gmail.com. If your return is approved, I will provide you with instructions on where and how to send the package. Please remember that I can only accept returns that have been previously authorized. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to me at mvignearts@gmail.com. Delivery cost will not be included on exchanged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact me immediately. I'll assess the issue and take the necessary steps to fix the problem. In some cases, I may request photographic evidence.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

As mentioned earlier, special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The item must remain in perfect, unused condition, and a copy of the receipt should accompany it. Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse shipping costs.

If you have any inquiries regarding specific items or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I regret that I cannot facilitate exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

For a smoother process, the quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to acquire.
